PlayStation Plus Games for February 2024 Announced - IGN Daily Fix

In today's Daily Fix:A new month means a new crop of games coming to PlayStation Plus. For February, there's the multiplayer-centric Foamstars, the soulslike RPG Steelrising, and the roller derby-inspired Rollerdrome. There's also some fun cosmetics for Fall Guys. In other news, a new update is out for Alan Wake 2, and it comes with an option to make the game less scary for all you babies out there. And finally, Warner Bros. Games is trying to make good on the early access promise for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League's Deluxe Edition. The game was launched, and then pulled after bugs were discovered that negatively affected the experience. Owners of the deluxe edition will be getting some in-game currency, so that's something.

X-Men: First Class Director Says Deadpool 3 Might ‘Save the MCU’ - IGN The Fix: Entertainment

X-Men: First Class director Matthew Vaughn thinks Deadpool and Wolverine can save the MCU. Speaking on BroBible’s Post-Credit podcast, he said, ““The few snippets that I know about Deadpool vs. Wolverine — or Wolverine vs. Deadpool, I’m sure that argument between Ryan and Hugh is happening as we speak — are unbelievable. That’s going to be the jolt... the Marvel universe is about to have a jolt of them and it’s going to bring that body back to life... I think Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are about to save the whole Marvel universe.” With #Deadpool3 the only Marvel Cinematic Universe set to release this year on July 26th, here’s hoping it’ll be the redemption Marvel fans have been looking forward to after an abysmal 2023 full of MCU-related projects that were just shy of hitting the mark at the box office. Warner Bros. Wants All Its Games 'Always On' - IGN Daily Fix

In today's Daily Fix:Warner Bros. wants more “always on” games and is prepared to go double down on that feature with their big IP's, including Harry Potter and all the DC stuff they own. It's a little surprising considering their biggest game last year was the single player-focused Hogwarts Legacy. In other news, a new Deus Ex game was apparently in development at Eidos Montreal, but unfortunately that studio is the latest to be hit with this never-ending wave of layoffs, so now that game is cancelled. And finally, we might get more Death Stranding 2 on Wednesday's PlayStation State of Play.

Suicide Squad Deluxe Edition Taken Offline One Hour After Launch - IGN Daily Fix

In today's Daily Fix:Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been at the center of some video game drama as of late, with the most recent issue being a bug that forced the devs to pull the game offline. While the game isn't officially out until tomorrow, people who paid extra for early access were left staring at error screens when the game was supposed to go live for them. In Sony news, a new PlayStation State of Play has been announced, and it's this Wednesday, January 31st. Expect some closer looks at some big games coming to PS5 later this year. And speaking of Sony, they finally had words with the developers of Bloodborne Kart, the Bloodborne-themed kart racer that may not be Bloodborne-themed for much longer.
